The preparation for OL’
927’s engine change is coming along nicely. As the pictures
below indicate, #3 is just about ready to come off the wing.
Since this picture was taken, further progress has been
accomplished including the removal of the exhaust ring and
other accessories. The mechanics are in the process of
disconnecting the last lines from the engine. The picture
below shows Chris Trobridge and Brian Heeg disconnecting the
prop governor from the engine casing. |
